Experimental Peach BBQ sauce

I am making the following BBQ sauce:

Melted Onions:
1 large onion
2T butter
1t Kosher salt
1T black pepper
1T Simply Marvelous Sweet and Spicy Rub

Slowly heat onions until melted with above ingredients. Onions to be lightly caramelized and very soft. Mash onions in pan.

Peach Sauce:
1 cup peach nectar
1/4 cup Bart’s Blazin’ BBQ sauce
3T Red Boat Fish Sauce
1T Humboldt Hot Sauce
2T Currant Balsamic Vinegar
1T cider vinegar

Add to mashed onion mixture and heat through. Reduce by a quarter.
